Who We Are
The owner, Chris Land, was married to his wife Ann in 2001 and welcomed their first child Caleb on their 1-year Anniversary in 2002. The family continued to grow with Addison (2004), Mackenzie (2007), and Ellis (2010). Prior to family life and beginning in 1998, Chris worked his way thru the electrical apprenticeship, and graduated from Associated Builders and Contractors of Indiana (ABC) in May 2002. Chris passed the Block and Associates Master Electrical Examination and was licensed as a Master Electrician in February 2003. He incorporated Land Electric, Inc in September 2003 and began servicing the Indianapolis and surrounding areas. For many years, the main focus was on multi-family and commercial projects with custom residential work representing a small share of the overall workload. With a heavy emphasis on attention to detail and treating each project with 100% dedication, his focus shifted to working on custom homes and design/build projects at the beginning of 2019 and that continues to this day.
